Utilising the skills and experience of its Managing Director, NAD Consulting brings to market its expertise to work with business and managers at all levels, from those taking their first steps onto the managerial ladder to those aspiring to and who have attained C- Suite roles.

Founder of NAD Consulting, Niall Doran is an experienced C – Suite executive, having held positions of CEO, COO and sales director for international companies operating in multiple jurisdictions, he has a demonstrable track record over 33 years in sales and management.

Over the last 12 years, in his role as Managing Director, Niall led a significant turnaround project, resulting in the successful transition of his company to become a leading operator in its chosen markets, returning incremental profits and shareholder value year on year. Prior to that, Niall held a number of senior roles in leading FTSE 100/NYSE companies.

Niall is a highly qualified, combined with 22 years senior management experience; he holds a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Management, which specialised in the motivational impact of performance management, undertaking significant research into the benefits of coaching and mentoring in the workplace.

As a Fellow of the ILM, he is well versed in the importance of effective performance management and how impactful coaching and on-going mentoring can be to both employee and employer, with empirical evidence to support increased performance, manager confidence and self-esteem.

Niall’s studies are continuous, and he is currently undertaking ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Diploma.
